Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Coverage
PureFlex currently ships to serviceable pin codes across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and process a full refund if payment has already been made.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Typical delivery times:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or external factors.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
From time to time, PureFlex may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Courier partner delays
• Public holidays
• Strikes or logistical disruptions
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
PureFlex is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, PureFlex may not be able to reroute the shipment.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if the package is returned to us.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible pin codes.
For COD orders:
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of future COD orders.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Our support team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
